- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered (with all original tags and seals intact).
- Certain products, such as personal care items, cosmetics, and sale items, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

5. Refunds
